Dr. Anne-Suze Charlestin
Dr. Anne-Suze Charlestin is an international educator, school leader, instructional designer, educational consultant, and lifelong learner with nearly two decades of experience serving students, teachers, and school communities.
Her work is rooted in a deep belief that education has the power to transform lives. As someone who began her own journey as an English language learner after immigrating from Haiti to the United States, she understands firsthand the importance of access, opportunity, support, and purpose in education. That experience continues to shape the way she leads, teaches, designs, and serves.
Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of educational roles, including assistant principal, mathematics department head, curriculum development leader, data coordinator, educational technology coordinator, teacher, trainer, and consultant. These experiences have allowed her to support schools in strengthening instructional practices, improving curriculum alignment, using data more effectively, integrating educational technology, and building systems that help both teachers and students grow.
Her leadership is shaped by her faith, her Haitian heritage, her journey as an immigrant, her experience as a mother, and her calling to serve. She believes education is not only about instruction; it is about transformation. It is about helping students discover who they are, supporting teachers as they fulfill their calling, and helping schools create learning environments where every child has the opportunity to grow.
At the heart of her work is a simple mission: to help educators and schools lead with clarity, teach with purpose, and serve with excellence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she is the host of "Educators Who Pray," a faith-rooted podcast created to encourage educators spiritually and professionally. This podcast embodies the verse from Matthew 6:33 - "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
Through this platform, she creates space for prayer, reflection, purpose, and encouragement for those who are called to serve in education.
